The Fine Print
*Higher room rates apply during AMERICADE week and ADIRONDACK NATIONALS CAR SHOW weekend. Please apply direct to us for details.
*All accommodations are strictly non-smoking; we will charge fees if this policy is not respected
*When a reservation is made in advance, a two night minimum is required over weekends and public holidays.
*There is a $10 surcharge on all rates over weekends during the High Season.
*Guest over the age of 65 receive a 10% senior discount - always.
*There is no charge for children under the age of 12 staying in the same room as their parents - for children over 12 add $10 per night and for adults add $20 per night; and, please a maximum of two children only per room regardless of age.
*All guests must register with us at the office.
*Check in time is 2.00 PM, check out time is 10.00 AM
*Absolutely no pets allowed - sorry
More Fine Print
*Reservations are considered a commitment by guests for the full period of the reservation
*A valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express card or advance deposit by check or money order is required to hold a reservation.
*We regret, personal checks are not accepted except for an advance deposit.
*Travellers checks are welcome.
*Reservations with deposits cancelled seven days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded.
*On last minute cancellations and changes of plans, deposits will be refunded only if the room is re-sold for the entire length of the original reservation.
*Deposit arrangements for the condo are different so, please check with us.
