Inn on The Hill’s condo-style apartment is a split level, with its own entrance via a large private deck. The pine paneled living room has a cathedral ceiling with a wood burning fieldstone fireplace. The view from the large picture window extends beyond the swimming pool to Lake George and the mountains on the east side of the lake.

Furniture includes television, DVD player, radio, sofas and comfortable chairs. The eat-in kitchen is just off the living-room with large refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker etc. and plenty of flatware, china, glassware and utensils. The kitchen door leads to a smaller private deck at the back.

On the second level is sleeping for five in two bedrooms, comprising a king bed and three singles. Both rooms have televisions. All bed linen is provided. The full bathroom is supplied with towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The rental does not receive daily housekeeping service; guests are asked to leave it as they find it. During high season, rentals commence and end on Saturdays. One of our regular guestrooms connects to the living-room when additional space and an extra bathroom is needed.

The Fine Print

• The apartment sleeps five. Requests for any additional persons must be made and agreed with the Owners in advance.
• A 50% advance deposit is required to secure a reservation.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are accepted only in advance and by prior arrangement.
• Check in time is 2.00PM and check-out time is 10.00AM.
• No smoking and sorry, absolutely no pets of any nature.
• In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date to receive a refund.
